Privacy Policy

What information the game stores today
You can currently play Cooking Game: Nasi Mamak without signing up, logging in, or providing any personal information — a "Start Now" option lets you jump straight into the game with no account needed.
The game saves a small amount of gameplay data locally on your own device only, using Unity's standard local storage (PlayerPrefs). This includes things like:
- Your current in-game day and time
- Your in-game money/earnings
- Whether you've already agreed to this privacy notice
None of this data ever leaves your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is not tied to your identity in any way. If you uninstall the game without an account, this saved data is deleted along with it and cannot be recovered.
Login accounts (coming in a future update)
We're planning to add an optional login/account system so progress like your money and day count can be saved beyond just your local device. If you choose not to log in, "Start Now" will continue to work exactly as described above, with progress kept locally only.
Once accounts launch, logging in will involve collecting some basic account information — such as an email address or username, and a securely stored password — solely to identify your account and keep your saved progress attached to it. We'll update this policy with the full details before that feature goes live, and the in-game privacy notice will reflect it too.
What we don't do
- We don't use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We don't sell or rent any data to third parties.
- We don't share your data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the account system described above, once it exists.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Third-party content
The game uses licensed/credited third-party audio: background music from SUNO (created by @kamiyanatsusei) and sound effects from FilmCow. These are static assets bundled with the game — using them doesn't involve any data collection or connection to those creators' services.
Children's privacy
The game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the optional login feature described above is not intended for use by children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the login/account feature described above launches, and any other time our data practices change. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and reflect the change in the in-game privacy notice as well.
